What counts as a search?
Each time you run a search from the workspace — a city, state, country, radius, or reverse lookup — counts as one search against your monthly plan limit. Re-running the exact same search within 24 hours returns cached results and doesn't use another search.
What's the difference between the plans besides price?
Free is limited to City and Reverse search with a small export cap. Pro and Business unlock every search type (district, state, whole country, and radius), website health and contact enrichment, CSV/Excel file enrichment, and much higher export limits — Business also covers the widest area per search and priority support.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
