Using Prospectbase

Prospectbase gives you tools to search for public business listings, enrich your own contact lists, and export the results. By creating an account you agree to use it lawfully and not to resell access to your workspace without our consent.

Plans & billing

Free and paid plans each come with their own usage limits, described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly and can be changed or cancelled at any time from your billing page; charges already processed for the current period are not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Prospectbase to harvest data for spam, to violate the terms of the sites or services it queries on your behalf, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Data accuracy

Business data (names, ratings, contact details, website health) comes from third-party sources and live website checks. We work to keep it useful and current, but we don't guarantee its accuracy or completeness — verify anything business-critical before acting on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or upstream outages (search or geocoding providers, for example) can affect functionality from time to time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Prospectbase after a change means you accept the updated terms.
